The Buddy System - A Competitve Edge


Its 5 o'clock and you're off work, now what? You can go to the gym to or you can go lay back at the house. More than often people chose the option to unwind after a long day. However, the Buddy System now creates a new driving force to make sure you never skip a gym session again!

1. New found accountability

There is someone depending on you to be at the gym at a certain time. Your training partner deserves the same respect for their time as you do, so you're less likely to allow daily mishaps to prevent you from training. Schedule a time and show up ready to train!

2. Healthy competition

Let's be honest, you didn't come here to simply move weight around. A training partner can challenge your personal best and will encourage you to train a little longer and for more repetitions. The more you do, the more you get.

3. Growing experience

When it comes to fitness, there is always more to learn. With the Buddy System in mind, you and your workout partner can exchange techniques to further progress towards reaching your fitness goals.

At the end of the day, it's all about consistency. Working out with a partner might just be the one thing your training regiment needs.
